Step 1: Private Consultation We start by understanding the unique dynamics of your relationship, identifying core issues and setting personalized goals.
 
Step 2: Intensive Coaching Sessions (3 per week over 3 months)
Joint session (once weekly, both partners attend): We'll work through your current and past unresolved couple issues. 
Individual session (once weekly for each partner): We help you process your personal trauma-related issues that are sabotaging your marriage.

 

Step 3: Do The Work! Throughout your coaching experience, you'll be given daily practices for an immediate improvement in communication and intimacy. The goal of your "homework" is to promote bonding, trust, and respect and keep you on track towards your relationship goals.
